This sponsorship entitles you to signage at the dinner, recognition in the program, golfing, carts, and dinner for four golfers.

This sponsorship entitles you to hole signage, recognition in the program and golfing, carts, and dinner for four golfers.

Your donation purchases the winning gift and Adevertisement along with the gift for the "longest drive," "closest to the pin," or "longest putt" type hole. Recognition in the program

Golf only                                   $100/golfer       Sign up by June 20

Donation of Door Prize

Donations of door prize(s), silent auction item(s) or funding to underwrite the purchase of these items entitles you to receive recognition in the program.  Maple Leaf Community Residences is organizing this year’s event.

Dinner only                                 $30.00 per person
