Preschool

Preschool children with developmental disabilities ages three to six are enrolled in classes which offer a play based curriculum stressing cognitive, social, communication, motor, and self help skills. In this highly interactive program, parents remain involved in their child's progress through the Individual Education Plan (IEP), which sets goals that are jointly developed by a team of parents, staff, and school district representatives. Occupational, Physical, Speech, and Music Therapy. Adaptive Physical Education and Therapy Pool services are also available. Preschoolers with no disabilities also are eligible to participate on a fee basis.
